You can't change the whole world, but you can change your part of the world...one heart at a time.
The first question to ask yourself is: "How can I reach out? What gifts has life given me that I can give back in service to others?"
You can reach out through music. You can reach out through art. You can convey a message through dance, or paint a picture to raise awareness of someone else's need. And of course, if you feel you don't have any gifts or talents, you can always reach out to another's heart by giving them your TIME.
So. How can YOU reach out? Only your own heart can answer that question, and only you know what is within yourself to give.
